I didn't weigh the set-up but I'll say there's about 30lbs increase in the transfer case and swing arm casting, that's a 3" extended swing arm!
That's a 5.7 gal. tank, sweeet!

That 300 made the 190 look like a stock front tire.
This bike has radials front and back, no wobble at any speed!
The venture rear end makes for 75to 80 mph at about 4200 rpm, I'm going to check that to be sure, but its ALOT better than stock gearing.
