The blinker ears and the rear reflector assy. have to be modified, ...my specialty!
It had nearly been a year since the resurrection started, the bike hadn't been on the road yet, but it had the R1 wheel upgrade!
Unlike my R1 wheel set-up, this fatty 300 sits dead center.
The blending process part of the 300 swap, notice the blinker tabs are gone, I relocated them forward, but still on the grab bar.
The blinker ears and the rear reflector assy. have to be modified, ...my specialty!
This is a good shot of the detail items I ran into during this swap. The 300 fat fender is too wide for the blinker ears.
These pics really jump fast forward there's not enough room here but I'm going to show all I can, like I'll keep saying, email or call me about any qu
I didn't weigh the set-up but I'll say there's about 30lbs increase in the transfer case and swing arm casting, that's a 3" extended swing arm!
