you should have 16 dics and 2 closed end caps. you install 8 dics and one end cap per side. and it will run fine there are gaps in between the dics. except for the inbetween the packing and the 1st dics and the last dics and the end cap.

how much room will i have between the front wheel and fender if i put a 120/70/18 on it? im not to worried about the speedo im not usually looking at it.

i mean it sounds like the assy. slid towards the speedo. try loosening the screws under the grip and slide it out to where you need it.

loosen the throttle assy. and slide it over.
