    Backfire at almost every start

Hi Max,yes it does not do it once it's been warmed up.once it's warm I could start it a hundred times and never have it happen but the first start of the day or even after sitting for 4 or 5 hours it will sound like a gunshot straight out the tailpipe. I'm not sure if it's the same pipe...

    WOT stumble

By the way I fixed the stumble. I have the c.o.p. Kit on my bike instead of the factory coils/boots/wires.turns out one of my cops had been dug into by the coolant hose clamp and it was arcing out and must've ruined it. I replaced it(after slipping a piece of hose around it to protect it from...

    WOT stumble

Diaphragms look fine,2 are fairly new. When it started doing this is was immediate. Fine one minute and then bad soon after when I really got on it which is why I was thinking maybe I sucked some dirt in somewhere. Bikes ran fine since I got it in 08 so I didn't see a reason to drill the plugs...

made a place to install my switches

Probably could squeeze 3 switches the size shown but in the middle is the steering head nut which might cause some clearance issues.if u were to go with narrower switches u could probably easily put 4 in there.I only plan on 2 max or maybe mount a clock or an LED battery voltage readout

made a place to install my switches

finally figured out a decent looking spot to mount my switch to.just bent some .062 aluminum from work into an angle, notched it and rolled the ends around and tack welded in place, primed and painted and there it is.i bolted it in place with the lower two bar clamp bolts.
