OK time for an update. Well, I took the fake tank and scoops off and tried to start her up. Fuel was flushing out from the carb vent lines. I took off the fuel line from the carb bodies (only the right side, left side is fine) and spray carb cleaner in, with the drain fully open on the other...

Yeah, with the front brake master cylinder I didn't quite realize the whole lubrication thing, ended up putting a small tear in one of the rubber seals. Luckily it's not affecting anything at this point, but we'll see in the future. Oh well, at least I know how to do it now. Thanks for the help...
