Sorry I don't know what are scoops, I'm not an English native speaker, I took the definition from the parts diagram, "side covers", I have attached a picture on my 1st post. I speak about the parts where the air is coming into. I think I will paint them like normal auto painting, not powder...

Thanks, If they are from metal, it looks that they are coated. To powder coat them, I have to remove that coating layer to get directly to metal surface. I think I will double check with an inductive sensor, to make sure 100% they are from metal.
