I actually got the issue fixed,,,it was a bad multi meter

Well,had to change my valve cover gaskets today,and while we were doing that,worked on servo,its working fine,at 1st we could only get it to move just a smidge,but we reversed the pos/ned from the battery,and wallah,its closed again,much better idle,and gas mileage,so now i gotta look for a new...

well,did as u suggested ,as far as checking the servo function,put a wire in the female round end per instructed,NOTHING put a wire in both black striped wires,turned the key to on,and still no servo cycle,dare i ask what one of those will run me?

ok,yeh,i took that box off,opened it up,and u could eat off of it it looks so clean,i did wiggle all of the wires in that area,including the box,still no cycle,so im assuming if it is the box,something on the board let go

not sure which of these i should be looking at
