For anyone that is tired of messing with there carbs and does not trust the local shop with there vmax carbs send them to Dan. He did an excellent job on my carburetors. Turn around was extremely fast. Communication was excellent!

I'm tired of messing with my carbs. Not sure they are the issue or not. I have nobody locally that I would trust with them. Who would be the best and most trustworthy to send them to? I have a stage 7 with vboost fully removed. Thanks for any help.
Pulled my carbs off today to bench sync and at least get things close. There are 3 screws that move 3 butterfly valves one has no screw and does not adjust. Is this the one I set the other 3 to?
I dont think a quick fix is going to help me. It is still overflowing and i cant seem to get it to stop. When i put it on full choke it stops. I also noticed when working the choke on and off gas was leaking from the choke plunger. Only the plunger on the overflowing carb not the other three...
I used shop line JP 377 epoxy primer you can look it up on there website for all the details. It is a strong primer i scratched at some over spray with a screw driver and it holds up way better then regular primer. Also if you have the engine soda blasted make sure you rinse with water really...
Since i never pulled a bike completely apart before it took all winter to get it done. I spent allot of time painting and repainting because i change my mind.
also allot of the time was waiting on parts because i would decide to change something. If i did it again i bet it would only take two...
Sean sent me the block off plates (they worked great) then i had it soda blasted for about $50. I used an epoxy primer then just shopline cheap single stage (acrylic) black auto paint. I only have about 80 miles on it now but no paint has burned off yet. The bike also runs allot cooler :ummm...
Got the bike home took a while. I had to stop and tap the carb several times to get it home. Is there any tricks to clean out the carbs without pulling them? Working 7 days a week right now and dont have much time.
