I spoke with my father in law, he doesn't know where the paper work is from PCW Racing in Schenectady, NY and the shop is closed or I can't find a way to get replacement paper work from them.
I know the 2nd gear was fixed, and believe the motor was refreshed and tuned up, those guys did great...

When I originally tore down the motor I had a local machinist go over everything.
The #4 cylinder issue was pre-rebuild. Tbh it's the reason for the engine rebuild.
Ended up having PWC rebuild it with one of their 1428 kits.
They tuned in one of Sean's carb kits, on the dyno that is posted...
