I totally agree. I would never buy the Victory...not because of any issue with the bike, but because it isn't my type of motorcycle (not a Vmax). Correct, but, if you go too far, it puts the throttle in a bind. It causes one cable to be way tighter than the other.

Have you tried the adjustment near the throttle/controls? If it is adjusted to tight It can make the throttle feel "sticky or sluggish".

The easiest way is to use pit stands. Use a regular rear stand to raise the rear using the spools on the swing arm. On the front, use a stand that lifts the front with a pin that goes into the bottom of the steering stem. Do not use a front stand by itself.
