update went out to start again made weird noise almost like something hitting. but no start .bike did not turn over . if that helps

when i start the bike up and let it get up to normal operating tempature and turn the bike off. when i go to restart the bike it will not turn over .after it sets for 5 or so minutes the bike turns over fine . question whats the problem?

thanks for the help . i put the battery on trickle charger and today i also retightened the ground from battery to motor . looking at meter and seems to be fine i started the bike and let it get hot.ie. fans kick on. the meter went down a bit then turned the bike off and the voltage started...

my question is? is this what i am suppose to cut or can i just just leave that unconnected?

i took some pictures of my 06 vmax wire the first. is showing the connector to the rr .

ok here goes .this is not my strong point being electrical. i have the 5 wire. but where is the stator i looked and i am clueless . i do not see 3 black wires.the wires to the rr are 3 white and 1 black and 1 red.

where is the starter ? what is happening is when i drive the bike and it gets to operating temps ie. fan comes on , when i kill the the bike and try to start it will not start.thinking the starter .the bike now has 2080 miles on it. any ideas?

dropped off the v max for carb syn'd . well i was looking at the 2012 vmax which is awsome bike. then looked at thr r1 they 3 there .i ended buying a white r1 .it will be ready thursday waiting on power commander and k&n filter .they had the exhaust in stock. cannot wait.oh i still have the vmax .

i had my carbs checked out by danny . there were some problems with the carbs and danny corrected the problems. first, i have to say danny did one hell of a job .awsome. i installed them on the bike and went for test drive .the bike ran perfect. danny your quality of work is great . ps. them...
