Mine broke after a super glue repair. Pulled the gauge apart (time consuming!), removed the broken stub. Replacement made on dad's lathe, but waiting on the LH tap (3mm from memory). If you want more info LMK, otherwise buy one of the Morley speedhut gauges - I would have done it if $ permitted.

As an option, would it be possible to make the cup to take the warning lights around the bottom - similar to the rectangular ones the custom guys use. Then get the three led's arranged as a shift light? This with the dual gauge (tach/speed) would have it all covered.

Hey, Does anyone know what signal the OEM coil puts out for the vboost controller? It's on the grey wire. I've checked it out on the diagrams but don't know what the actual signal is. I'm assuming its a square +12v pulse but not sure. Also interested if it's 1ppr or different? Cheers

A bottle of valvoline racing 2t oil is only a few $ and won't cause any issues with carbs. Pulled apart a 2 stroke that had sat for 22yrs (rd400) and was still lubed and immaculate inside using that oil.

That was my first thought, but it is a three position switch? I couldn't see where it cut into the harness for the other coil either? It seems to be a 'kit' assembly from somewhere with the connectors, fit, etc...
