There is a small hole on the bottom of the water pump that has coolant spilling out it. Any ideas? Is this hole perhaps supposed to be plugged? :ummm:

:ummm:I own a '05 Max and am trying to shop brake pads on eBay. It seems that '85-'92 have the same pads (according to the ad) but I'm unable to find if there have been any changes after that. Perhaps all years use the same brake pads??? Any ideas?

Just updated my headlight. Bought a VRSC lamp and what a difference. The light also has a much better beam than the old stock. :cheers:

I really don't like the headlight of my VMax, think it's too flat. I'd like to replace it with something more mean looking. Thinking about VTX headlight, but am afraid that'll be too big for the VMax. Are there any good headlight mods out there? :ummm:

I'm 6'4 and would like a bit more legroom. I just read about the H-D footpegs and they're said to lower the foot position about an inch. Is that true? Are there any other methods, any aftermarked brackets that lower the footpegs? Thanks!

Hi. I'm new here, just bought a 2005 Vmax (#397/2000) but I had a 1986 20 years ago. Always wanted a Vmax again. I took off the "tank" cover. Just by the fuse box there are 2 unused wires with a plug for something. Clearly original installation...Puzzles me... Does anybody know what these wires...
