:ummm: my bike absolutely runs beautiful, but..this morning when i took off when the light changed, i noticed my oil level light came on for about a second ,when i hit about 4 o5 k rpm's..i was still in first gear...after changing gears it would not come on again. the bike was warmed up ...

MAYBE I'M POSTING IN THE WRONG PLACE, BUT HAS ANYONE EVER INSTALLED A GIVI WINDSCREEN ON A 06 VMAX. THE DIRECTIONS SAY TO LOOSEN THE SIGNAL LIGHT NUTS....BUT THERE IS NO WAY TO GET TO THEM:bang head::ummm::damn angry::worthy:

i noticed that i am missing one of the 2 rubber caps on my rear brakes.. does anyone know where i can get one from? thanks:confused2:

thanks for the info....i did find an 18mm plug socket at sears, i had to also get a swivel ,it worked great.. unfortunately the tool kit wasent there when i bought the bike.. thanks again

i've been wanting to change my plugs, does anyone know the size socket i need? the plugs i have are ngk-dpr8ea-9 thanks

which is the best to use?

i have an o6 vmax, was wondering about prestone coolant, i've heard of putting toyota red or honda blue....i just got mine changed out to regular prestone...

is replacing the bearing,gaskets,o-rings...and all that other stuff a difficult job? i also looked into buying a repair manual... the ones i saw went up to 2003...mine is an 06

someone posted, that i could possibly replace the mechanical seal? is anyone familiar with that?

thanks for the info..i did search for the thread,found it...says the waterpump needs to be rebuilt.. can this be true after on 5600 miles? how much will the dealer charge to fix it?

i dont have the acess to a camera at the moment, if i can explain a little more.. it is definetly a small hole made by the factory, i followed a hose , about an inch and a quarter thick ,and it does go to the radiator
