:ummm: my bike absolutely runs beautiful, but..this morning when i took off when the light changed, i noticed my oil level light came on for about a second ,when i hit about 4 o5 k rpm's..i was still in first gear...after changing gears it would not come on again.
the bike was warmed up , thinking i was seeing things.i tried it again, and sure enough ,the light came on again only for a second..
does anyone know if this is normal?

It's normal jimmy, lots of max's do the same thing.

The oil sensor is in the front of the oil pan, under accelleration the oil is pushed to the back, away from the sensor.
Don't worry, the engine isn't starving for oil.

you can add just a little more oil if you like and the light wont come on, dont add too much dont want all that extra weight in the bike and power robbing drag effect of too much oil :rofl_200:

I run mine at the upper level of the sight glass and it hasn't been a problem, atleast with my 94.
