'09 pissing antifreeze from coolant overflow

Hey guys,

My '09 is leaking antifreeze from coolant overflow reservoir hose. Runs normal on highway but in traffic heat crept up to full and started leaking antifreeze. I switched to engine ice coolant about a year ago and has been good since. Would this indicate thermostat? Which one is recommended if so?

It could be either the thermostat, blocked radiator, bad pressure cap or a head gasket.
The 'stat can be checked, feel the rad during warm-up for noticeably colder area which would indicate a blockage, replace the pressure cap.
If all OK swear a lot 'cos you need to replace the head gaskets (unlikely though...)
