Chrome Effect

Hello All,

Has any one used chrome effect powder ? Secondly has any one used Chrome Effect Powder on the engine covers, clutch casing etc... ?

To me the luster doesn't last and then it becomes more of a dull silver/grey.

I had some chrome tow hooks that were peeling an had them powdered chrome. They aren't as bright as chrome but they haven't discolored or faded in almost 3yrs.
