electrical issue

Hey all. I hate electrical problems so I thought I'd cheat and see if anyone here has any thoughts about what I messed up. My headlight only comes on with high beam and instead of flashing the turn signals both come on steady when I try to signal a turn. The taillight/stoplight both function correctly. I put new turn signals in a few years ago but I thought everything was working after the install. Maybe not. Any thoughts about what to check first?

Are the turn signals fitted with LED bulbs?

Also is the starter button all the way released (they tend to stick a little which shuts off the lighting circuit).

1] low beam is burned-out

2] check your grounds, and contacts in the fixtures, and on the bulbs.
