I traded in my 09 Hypertmotard 1100S. That's the dirt bike on steroids.
Multistrada competes with the BMW 1200GS. From reviews, the BMW does better off road, but that's not what I was after.

I sold my 98 Max Saturday, and I just wanted to say thank you to all of the members that have helped me. Also, the general wealth of knowledge I gained from reading threads was awesome.
I've been on 3 different forums, and this by far is the best.
Just wanted to update.
Koso gauge set at 2 stroke 1 piston. I have the OEM Gray wire as the input.
At idle, the koso reads a little above 1K and my clip on tach reads 1250.
When cruising at 60mph in 5th, I'm right at 4K.
Everything seems to be working OK.

Any problem with riding is RES all of the time?
I know I will not know when I'm about to run out of fuel by looking for a light, but don't we all just look at how many miles we go?

First off, my Bike will only run with the switch to RES. I have a 1998 Max.
