If I put bike on center stand running in neutral, pull clutch lever, shift into first while keeping lever pulled, should wheel turn or not ?

Yes it would because of running gear "drag" so to speak.
Unless your rear brake caliper has more of this drag, the wheel should jerk into rotation clutch or not.
