In my experience women will never be that tactful. Most of the time, they drain the bank account, charge up the credit cards and stop paying the bills. Then they either sell or throw out all the others stuff or they just simply move out. Then several months later I find out because the member is behind on his bills and now he is financially ruined, emotionally a wreck and still has months left before the deployment is over so his mind is not in it. That is when things really get bad...just my 2 cents on what I have seen as a First Sergeant.
