never tried to rekey anything but ignition.

you would be better off rekeying the ignition to match the gas cap i had the same problem and rekeyed mine.

i'am sure its in the tranny at first it was locked up had to push on to trailer with back wheel locked but after i got it home i could shift it. it will go in to every gear but when you shift into second it just rolls and makes a rattley noise (motor turned off). any suggestions on who to repair...

i also have the avon av 56 180/55zr 17 no clearane issue i'am running a dymag rim. no washer swap . the offset of your rim must be different if that tire don't fit. also i highly recommend the avon.

Thevmaxrider. i have a pingle air shifter its electric over air use my horn button to shift i put a limit switch on mine so the compresser kicks on automaticaly it works really well allways have air. no air hoses/gauge on handle bars anymore.

update. talked to jon he sent me a left rear pipe to try fits great so i sent it back to him today so he could coat it and send it back. its took some time but he has been real good about the whole thing.

paid 60 dollars for mine and its low miles i would keep looking. got mine on ebay too. a better deal will come along.

with the jackstand weld the bolt so you can put a nut on the inside so it won't slip off.

Re: got a question if you have a welder. i welded a bolt to each of my jack stands that fits in the holes where the mufflers bolt on. i also straped my handle bars to the ceiling. works really good for changing motor mounts. still need a jack to lift the bike to get it on jack stands with this...
