6 pack rack loose on sissy bar

My 6 pack rack is original but the fasteners will not stay secured. I have tried blue and red locktite but to no avail. Suggestions?

Drill all the way through and put chrome button head bolts in it with the heads outside and nuts on the inside. Will make a much stronger rack setup that way.

Never thought of that. Pretty shallow to try to retap bigger bolts.

Retap will do the same thing.
