Buying Gen2 Vmax advice

That 09 has the tell tail signs of a bike that has been wrecked. That exhaust pipe cover is ground down... NOT scratched. I guess it's possible but has anyone else ever heard of a crank sensor going bad on a 2nd gen?.... and oh, it still runs 100%.... Its obviously been abused, and not in a good way. I wouldn't give $4k for that bike. Sad.

Agreed.

Everything is fixable if you buying it for the right price.

All I can tell you and this is just me
I’ve bought 2 gen 2 and both came from Harley dealerships with less then 3500 Km I bought a 2010 in 2012 for 15g can and I bought a 2014 in 2018 for the same price both bikes were bone stock Sold the 10 and keeping the 14 will eventually paint the 14 with 2010 colours I like red it’s the fastest colour
