carb may be clogged??

I was draining each carb into a jar to see if sediments were in there or dirty fuel. All carbs drain except 1. Backed screw almost all the way and even cycled the fuel pump and nothing still came out. Is this bad? Any ideas?

Take the screw all the way out and see if it drains through it. Might have some crap lodged at the base of the drain screw and drain preventing fluid from draining out.

Could be the drain hose is plugged too. Bugs like to find their way into them and never come out! Try pulling it off and blowing through it.
