I have on a couple occasions seen a rider hand holding a cellphone and talking while riding (no helmet laws in SD). Texting while fleeing police on two wheels may be reaching for the pinnacle of idiocy.

Many adolescents enjoy (or suffer) the invincibility fable, I recall it well enough but a few years in a towtruck and some ER rotations will clear that shit up pretty fast.
