Congrats!!!! I’ve had a couple Gen 1s and finally got a Gen 2 and you will not be disappointed. It’s a frickin beast! Good luck with it and post some pics, looking forward to seeing it. The wait has got to be killing you!

Sounds like you got a great deal especially being the last year of the Max and with only 2600 miles. I am not into an all black bike but to me all Vmax's look awesome. Great job and enjoy your new weapon...

Very good purchase, congrats. I would like to get a gen 2, just like what you have gotten, but I think it is too big and heavy for me, at one time I could sling 80 pound bags of salt into my water softener, today I cannot even do a 50 pound bag. Thus I am thinking of a new MT10, maybe the SP version,,even if it would sit in the garage most of the time.

Nice bike. Never rode a gen2 but I've heard they are freaking beast.
