Picked one up here locally today , got very lucky . $200usd thank guys
That is a 'below-market' price! A good find. Even one needing painting/powdercoating I'd expect to be more than that. Snap a few pics of it and post them when you can, please.

It was a great deal it had some scratches but otherwise great shape i am doing it in black anyways
