The 210 can get as bad as the 405 in some spots. Irwindale is right at the 210/605 interchange.
I stopped driving through Los Angeles and only take a motorcycle due to the amount of traffic. Bikes are usually in the HOV lane, but being in a group may have discouraged them from using it.
Also stopped riding in a group of bikes and ride like everyone is out to kill me. Looks like that truck had that in mind.
