Original battery died 6yrs old

Replaced it with a lithium and when it arrived i thought i may have been ripped off the package didnt feel heavy enough to have anything in it much less a vmax battery. I installed it and works great Wow what a difference in weight from the old one. I thing max may be faster now !!!!!!

I thought about one of those but then saw they need a special charger so bought an ordinary battery instead, but I have recently bought a battery optimate charger that does both types of battery so maybe next time

I've got a Lithium Ion battery, I never used a special charger. The charging system on the bike isn't exactly state of the art.

that's good to know, I was going on what I'd read on the internet, I have LITHIUM battery on my Suzuki but it has always been good, it was having it that made me look into chargers
