V boost ?

I noticed when I ride my V max that when I start it up ,I do not hear the V boost servo but ,when I get it to six grand after going on a ride and shut it down and turn the key one click I hear the servo working .I have to run it up to Six grand to hear it after my ride or It wont make the normal noise that it makes and I know the boost is working .This ever happen to anyone hear?.:ummm:

Yeah mine used to work fine until one day no noise at all on key turn.
Whacked it on the stand and revved it passed the 6k mark and watched from the side with a torch to check if it opened, Yes it did! I also have the switch which makes it come on at 3k which is where I leave it a lot and that also opened it up.
Still doesnt make the noise at key turn after 12 months but still works?
