39th season comes to a close

I just came in from putting Godzilla away for the season. And an interesting season it was. I had that major air leak problem in the summer, but that was a simple fix, and the bike ran great - for about 500 miles. The problem resurfaced a few weeks ago, and with the wedding of my son and his girlfriend happening, I had neither the time or inclination to do anything else to the bike. I'm almost certain that it's a leak somewhere, but that's a problem to be addressed next spring. I keep the Roadstar out all winter, so I'm not stuck with no motorcycle to ride on nice days. 39 riding seasons in the books.

I purchased my 88 vmax new in July of 89. put it on a credit card $5000. Still rolling on it.
