Carburetor issue?

Getting ready to tear the motor out, but fired it up again without the air cleaner, and this is what I see looking at the #2 carb...none of the other 3 do that, the gas flowing out of "that hole". Could someone tell me what is causing that? (Dannymax?)

Yup, stuck float/float needle allowing fuel level to rise to the 'E' tube.
Tap on the cover while it's running...maybe get lucky, if not you'll have to get inside the carb.
