Do any VMaxer's in the Tampa/ Orlando area ever race their bikes? I've been patiently waiting for something or someone here to get something going in this area. I know times are tough but come on guys, you only live once...

Ernie, you must be missing the posts for open drag race invites mostly at Bradenton. JBrett, CaptainKyle and a decent contingent of gen 1 and 2 bikes. There are a few videos too if you are interested.
Things were rough for a while. If the weather is good Next Thursday I might go to Bradenton.

I might be up for going to a track event. I don't have a desire to race but a nice long ride for a good show would be worth it.
I must be missing the posts for racing. Is anyone going next Thursday, Jan 17th. Looks like it will be nice weather wise ?
Yep made a post earlier today . I dont know if any one else is going but I am racing at Bradenton on Thursday

Gates open at 5 racing starts at 6
Yep I plan to try & be there right at 6 . They usually let us run a decent amount so we usually only run a couple hours.
