Pretty sure you can still order them....I got the key and holder off of RonAyers.com a while ago.

I've got mine I'll give you...is there a way to remove the key from the round part?

Okay, there are two openings on the round part that contains the key, at opposite sides to each other. A 1.5mm allen tool is too big to penetrate but a safety pin will. Doesn't matter, still can't get anything to release the key.
