Seems to be a good price, not a great price if it were me I would try to get him down around 3400 and throw some extra's in he's gotta have extra parts laying around and I don't think I would ever buy anything without driving it, make sure it's cold when you get there and let it run long enough for it to get hot and make sure it doesn't have any 2nd gear issues. Good luck if it runs as good as it looks and you get him down a few bucks I think your good.
