Although I would have the same problem as the seller regards to using it.

$14,805 @ $1.41 to a British pound. Not much-more you get a new Gen. II, which would be my choice.
 
yeah but the advertisment price isn't always what it sells for (i.e. what it is worth). £ 7,000 is really top end money for gen 1, £ 4000 being typical - I am not even sure if it originally sold for £ 7,900 as it was listed with best offer and ebay no longer shows actual selling price.

But there is a nice 20th anniversary 7800 miles, £ 7300 (1225/2000r) listed at the moment (but with some damage) - I'll be very surpsied if it sells for the asking price.
