I think it bolts on where the arrow is. That is where the reflector use to be.

So does the reflector have to be removed in order for it to be used?
Shawn can i get a pic of this with the seat removed to see what the deal is behind there?
I've got a working LED light in place of the reflector so don't want to give that up. If I have to lose this I will go another route
