Installing Raptor Shift Light

Why does the light need to be spliced in to the original wiring ? couldn't I just put some eyelest on the shift light wires and just attach it on to the tech screws ?

You can that's exactly the way I done it. I try not to ever cut into factory wiring if I don't have to. Still a great write up we just all do things a little diffrent

I did just that to the one I installed. I used spade connectors so I only loosened the screws to slide them under. Tightened it all back up and it worked fine. :biglaugh:
