Well I dunno if this is still a topic of interest, but I can recommend two.

Bill Boyce at Riva Yamaha in Pompano Beach, known him for 20+ yrs, a great guy but don't call him just to chat. If your bike has 'issues' then bring it to him to fix.

For performance work, Steve at Under Pressure in Dania FL. Another great guy & backed by a full-service machine shop owned by a mutual friend, Mike. He builds a lot of Jap. drag bikes & roadrace motors too.

I have used both their services and will continue to.
