oil leak

Last year I had to pull my shifter shaft out from the clutch side to get a screw out from the case that i lost when doing a oil pump upgrade.

Now Im leaking oil from the seal were the shaft exits on the clutch side ( were the shaft runs externaly for a few inches)

im wondering if that seal can be replaced without spitting the motor?

Pull the shaft out and the seal is easily changed
