Can you give me a few more details on what is happening? Are you getting any errors? Are you able to enter information but not pictures?

- i went to user cp
- i clicked on edit v4 garage
- i clicked the browse button
- i clicked on the pic i wanted to use
- i clicked the submit button
- it took 30 seconds or so and nothing happened
no error showed up and no pic as well
any ideas?

not sure about here but on other forums there is a size limit on uploads, maybe your pics are too large???

Did you go to the V4 Garage or did you go to edit-vBGarage in the user CP.
When I tried to upload in the User CP, the picture was too large the first time, I had to resize it smaller and then it loaded with no problem.
If the pic is too large it won't give you an error, it will just do nothing.

To me the easiest way is to download a tool from microsoft called image resizer. after you install it all you have to do is right click on the file name of the picture and select resize, it will give you different size options, usually 640x480 is good for web and e-mail. you can download it here, it is about 3/4 the way down on the right hand side of the page....

you can also use a program like photoshop if you have it but it is a little more complicated.
