Radiator fan over ride switch

I bought a radiator fan over ride switch last winter on Ebay, have the switch but can't find the insulation instructions. Nor can I find the vendor or anyone selling them on Ebay.

Under your right side cover you will see it just tap into the 2 wires. I just made my own a 15 amp toggle switch wired in. It's pretty simple if you have any wiring experience. Good luck
