Registration after cat removal

Has anyone had any issues registering their bike after removing the cat and installing an exhaust?
I have never owned a newer bike that has these. Just wondering before I buy one with them removed.
I just know here in MD they do the computer emissions check on cars.

I am from Delaware originally and I think they are still sticking the rod up the pipe also. Glad I am not there anymore. I have two Gen 2 cat's if you happen to need one.
