Either your diff input seal or the final drive shaft seal.
A little labor but no big deal to remedy.

I have not ordered the parts yet and also it's not expensive. Anyway if not good to change

Yea, I had oil coming from that boot. Dirty, so I could'nt tell gear or motor oil. Can now with Royal Purple in the diff.
I had the whole swingarm assy. down for some reason is when I found the source to be from the diff/ pumpkin/third member, you know LOL.
Point is varify the leak source first, I dont know which I would consider the "easier" task of the two possible leaks.
You wont have any problem tackling this one.
