I'm in Canada and thinking of buying a 2005 V-Max Anniversary edition. It has 6600km's and the guy wants $11000.00 for it. I looked at the bike and it's in mint condition. Is the bike worth that type of money??

That's way too much for an 05! I wouldn't even pay that for a new 07 from the dealer. Look around, there is way better deals for VMaxs out there.

Bike sounds expensive - paid $8000 for a 2006 in 2007 with 1200 miles on it and bike was mint 100% stock condition. You'll find better deals out there.

Yeah, average retail is about $8200.

Even look in the Buy and Sell section of this forum and you will see there is much better deals.
