It's going to be hard to top that one. I've got a few 85" parts that need an 85" to go to if you need them. Free too a good home.

Hard to tell about the wheels, the front is a '88+, and you can't really see the rear to see if it's a OEM '85. The forks and brakes appear to be the early 41 mm single opposed piston type. The pic isn't clear-enough to see the side covers if they are stamped w/the VMax logo.

0-1-0-3 would be the third one for the USA market, if it's got the head badge stating it's USA-compliant. A cool # to have.

Jeez, that looks painful, I've seen plenty worse, but that's a good advertisement for "AGATT" right there. T-shirts are for cutting the lawn not cutting corner apexes.

Guess that's why the bike is 'for sale' needing "a little buffing-out."

And #103 is not what it used to be.

Hmmmm so you think sunglasses and sandles????

Ha, 'sunglasses and sandals' are beachware appropriate in So. FL pretty-much all-year-round. Yes, they will protect you while riding your bike, just not very well. Then again, I always consider protection to be an 'individual decision,' and if someone wants to bet his health on such equipment, or lack of it, then they're just providing job security for the first responders, the hospital ER staff, and the reconstructive surgeons and other healthcare specialists who try to return these riders to normalcy, some with better luck than others, if they survive.

And, in a piece of good news for trauma victims in FL, the State of FL was considering passing a bill to limit the number of designated Trauma Facilities, and the prospective legislation was withdrawn.

Notice of Change/Withdrawal

Department of Health
Division of Emergency Preparedness and Community Support

Rule No.: Rule Title:
64J-2.010 Apportionment of Trauma Centers Among the Trauma Service Areas (TSA)

Notice of Withdrawal
Notice is hereby given that the above rule, as noticed in Vol. 42, No. 23, February 4, 2016 issue of the Florida Administrative Register has been withdrawn.

What this means to FL residents, is that the highest level of trauma treatment hospitals will not be further limited besides the licensing requirements the hospitals go through to receive permission to operate. For instance, Broward County,w/a population of 2 million (the Ft. Lauderdale area, ~30 miles north of Miami) will continue to have two Level 1 Trauma Centers to serve the needs of the area. Miami-Dade Co. has its own Trauma Centers, three adult operations, two are Level II, and one is Level 1 (the lower the # the more services offered). The two SE Florida counties serve a metropolitan population of ~5 million, which rises considerably during the winter tourist season.

I believe he's in N Dakota.

I've sent him a message. I would like to get it restored back to original but i'm not going to give stupid money for it either.

Maybe I misunderstood the original story, but he was not actually riding the bike when this happened, didnt it jump off the center and fling him or something like that?
