83 venture for sale locally...

Very cheap! How much of this thing could I use for parts? Are the carbs identical? How bout things on the motor? What should I do gang? I can probably steal it from him for 1500!

you can reuse the venture bottom end but no power gain at all. The trans will be the same as the early vmax recall transmissions.

Carbs are smaller and not worth messing with.

1986 and up 1300 would be better candidate.

Don't need to do complete swap. Get spare set of venture heads and cams and v-boost setup (or eliminator tubes) and a few misc parts and you're in business.
