If you REALLY need to know I can find out... I have a friend that was a interpretor for Japan. He lives in NYC so it might take a bit to get an answer.

Not REALLY....but it's what I named my precious baby... I know what the literal translation means, just not sure of the proper way to say it...

Don't go to any extra trouble right now...everyone's busy during the Season... It can wait...

Thanks much! Philthy

i live in japan my wife is japanese - sorry bro - no meaning

Thanks so much for the comeback!...and all the way from the Home Island of my baby!

I misspelled the second word... in my 1st post...should read "mAjokko"

I chased this down on the net..supposed to mean "magical (or) witch-girl"

1st word "Mari", meaning "beloved"

Try again?

Very Best Wishes,

Uncle Philthy

youre correct - majo = witch
ko = girl
mari literally means ''truth''

ganbarre ne - good luck - keep fighting:whistlin:

youre correct - majo = witch
ko = girl

So correct way to 'say'...would be:
'mah-joe-koe'?

mari: mah-ree, may-ree?

Is there a better proper word for 'beloved'?

Sorry to be such a PITA, but if I'm going to get this painted on the faux-tank cover, just below the the 'dash', then I want to know the proper way to pronounce it if ever asked by someone who knows the language.

Wishing you and yours a very Merry Christmas over there!

Phil

itohshi - ee/toe/shee - is the correct word for beloved - sorry it took so long to get back - holidays and all - and painted the stripes on my fenders and tank - white base and 3 flat black stripes -2 thin on either side of a fatty - straight down the middle - like a 69 stang or camaro - definitely muscley -

KG...

Again, thanks so much for the info...good to know the correct terms and proper ways to pronounce...

"She" has 'become' Mari, too late to change now...if n' when I do a graphic and wording on the cover, it'll be a lil' (adult) Asian girl, skimpy/sexy witch n' broom costume, along with the printed name.

GOOD choice of colors! My last few HD chops were all white and black combos...somewhat do to old club colors from back in the 60's, but also just the fact that they get a lot of attention on the street...good safety feature...

Mine is still a very pristine original CF, but when I ever do a change...it'll be white n' black combo.

Take care over there mah fren'...
