Carb Problem! I think?

Any help would be awesome! From 1,000 to 3,000 rpm just tooling around town it feels like my max is missing and loading up. Put seafoam in it today hope this helps. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Sounds like you need to do the 'shotgun'. It's most likely your idle jets etc are clogged up.
